Terms And Conditions
Please Read Carefully. You Must Agree Before Your Application Is Submitted For Review.
To maintain fairness, accountability, and high performance across the SamaseTalk Ambassador Program, all ambassadors are required to adhere to the following payment terms and conditions.
1. Performance Requirement
Ambassadors are expected to consistently achieve a minimum performance score of 80% - 100% of their assigned target during each evaluation period.
2. Salary Eligibility
Ambassadors who achieve 80% - 100% or more of their assigned target will be eligible to receive their full salary.
Ambassadors who fail to achieve the minimum 80% performance threshold will not qualify for full salary payment for that evaluation period.
3. Salary Wallet Adjustment
Where an ambassador does not meet the required performance target, a 3,000 Naira debit adjustment will be applied to their salary wallet in accordance with the company's compensation policy.
4. Account Deactivation
Consistent underperformance or failure to meet the required performance standards may result in the deactivation of the ambassador's account at the discretion of SamaseTalk management.
5. Right to Review
Ambassadors have the right to request a review of their performance evaluation if they believe there has been an error in the assessment process.
6. Bonus
Ambassador who achieved 80% - 100% of their target, earns 5,000 Naira bonus monthly.
7. Commission
Ambassador earns 200 Naira commission from every single subscription they make to the VIP by users.
SamaseTalk reserves the right to review, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any significant changes.
By participating in the SamaseTalk Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
